The director David Mitchell, former owner of David Mitchell’s Crane Truck Hire has over 30 years experience in transporting building & landscape supplies, crate/pallet work, machinery and commercial products for job sites, warehouses, yards and homes.
We commenced operation in 1996, with all staff having extensive industry experience. We service a variety of customers from local individuals, small business owners through to many larger corporations.

All Forklifts can unload from One Side if you are limited for room onsite with a lifting capacity of up to 2.5 Tonnes.
What we offer
A Truck, an All-Terrain Forklift and an Experienced Operator!
- Our driver will load your items onto our truck and transport it from Point A and deliver it to Point B.
- We offer ONSITE HIRE for the forklifts. If you need to unload items from another truck or move items at your job site, yard or home, we can help!
- We also transport loads from the Port of Brisbane or a Warehouse and directly deliver it to your job site, yard or home.
The Moffett/Manitou Forklift’s we use are one side loading, meaning, they are capable of reaching over to the furthest side of the deck to pick up a pallet and lift it to the closest side of the truck if your loading area is too tight to get to both sides of the truck.
We specialise in transporting scaffolding, tiles, bricks, concrete blocks, all building and landscape supplies, turf, expensive machinery, crate work, any items on pallets and anything else that can be loaded onto a truck safely with a forklift.
